- How does Email Booster identify new shoppers?
We place a cookie on the shoppers device that tells our software if a shopper is a returning visitor and has submitted their email address on a previous visit.
- Can I customize the look and feel Email Booster?
Yes. We will have a choice of designs you can use, or you'll be able to customize your own design.
- Can I customize messaging?
Of course. The hallmark of all our applications is they provide the ability to configure and customize all aspects of the messaging and display.
- Will someone see the Email Booster if they have already submitted their email address?
No. Our software is smart enough to know that a shopper has submitted their email address. In addition, you can configure the number of store visits and page visits that you want to ask a shopper for their email address.
- When will I get billed?
We will automatically bill your credit card at the beginning of each month for the previous month's use.
- Will you keep adding new features to Email Booster?
Yes. We continually upgrade our applications and provide the new features to our existing clients.
- Why should I pay a monthly fee?
You could possibly find someone to build a similar feature for a one-time cost, but you likely won't get the choice of banner and lightbox (remember some store do better with one versus the other), the choice of themes, an easy to use manage console, analytics and A/B testing (these will be available soon). Most importantly, the Email Booster is part of a growing suite of applications that will work together to make your store much more successful.
